Wild & Naked 2018

Mead – a tale almost as old as time dating back to at least 7000 BC in Northern China. Made using only 100% Ontario honey, water and yeast there is a light and floral aroma that goes along with the scent of honey, yellow apple and peach. On the palate it is light, fresh and crisp – a great introduction to Mead itself. Serve chilled on a hot Summer afternoon
